Is eating healthy difficult? Why doesn't everyone do it? Well, everyone is built different and we may all have our own reasons.
Remember the saying "It takes 21 days to form a good habit" ? Well.. it's actually a minimum of 21 days. On average, it takes more than 2 months to get on track. That's why making healthy eating a habit is a marathon, not a sprint.
Reason 1: It's too expensive!
Many associate organic foods and quality products with high costs. This is because people are used to taking quality as the deciding factor of the price tag. Organic foods are good quality foods.. aren't they?
The cost of burger meal doesn't differ much from a regular salad bowl. In addition, healthy food is fresher and better for you -- It helps nourish you the right way and helps fuel you through the day better.
The cost of health care in Singapore is expensive -- Majority of the people are spending billions of dollars dealing with illnesses that are related to consuming eating junk food too frequently. Depending on your genetic build-up and your current habits, it can cost less.
Reason 2: It's too much work.
Eating healthy does require a bit of an effort, but it’s definitely worth it in the long term.
It definitely beats falling sick, going to the doctor and missing work/school. And think about it -- when you're heavier, you would be carrying around a lot of extra weight throughout your day. Now that is a lot of work!

Reason 3: I don't like vegetables.
Honestly, me too. No matter how hard I try, I still get reluctant eating veggies. 😵💫
